We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational functions of a Customer Service office department for a growing blinds company in West Wickham.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee all customer service operations and ensure the resolution of issues that arise.
- Manage the deployment of remote engineers to provide optimal geographical coverage while minimising unnecessary travel.
- Lead the service team, conducting one-to-ones, fostering team building, and monitoring performance.
- Control expenses related to the customer service department to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Customer Services Manager Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to use own initiative and multi-task.
- Presentable with a warm, confident and polite demeanour.
