This role is working with an exciting and growing business in the Worcester area, who are recruiting an extra team member to join their Customer Services department.
Your new role
A varied and interesting role for someone who has a passion for customer service, the core tasks include:
- Engage with customers via multiple platforms in a friendly and professional manner whilst actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company policies
- Have a good knowledge of the company policies and procedures and be able to work independently to solve customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Be confident working in a fast paced environment with phone calls and live chat
- Liaise with other departments to resolve issues and escalate where necessary.
- Experience within Customer Services roles ideally in a fast paced business
- Confidence and experience dealing with customer enquires over phone, email and a live chat function
- Strong IT and record keeping skills
- Confidence dealing with challenging customer scenarios and handling complaints
- Ability to identify, investigate and resolve issues
- Positive mindset and team player attitude.
This is working with a growing business, who are people orientated and offer support and training. The position also offers a hybrid working pattern of 2 days a week from home on successful completion of a 3-month probationary period.
