We are actively seeking a Customer Services Officer with excellent working knowledge of Council Tax and local authorities council tax services.
Key Skills and Requirements include:
* At least 3 years experience as a Revenues Officer in both Council Tax and NDR.
* Good knowledge of council tax and NNDR is essential.
* Working knowledge of Council Tax legislation and previous experience in a local authority's council tax service are essential.
* To deliver great customer service over the phone, face-to-face and online.
* To be the first point of contact for various stakeholders reaching out to the organisation.
