Evolve are currently recruiting for a niche & innovative Aesthetics organisation, who are seeking two Customer Service & Order Processing Coordinators. You will work on a part-time basis, across three days a week as a job share in the aesthetics marketplace. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at customer interaction, and have a knack for Order Processing, this could be the perfect role for you!
Although the role is remote, the candidates will ideally need to be within commutable distance to the company's head office in Central London.

Ideal Requirement for the Customer service and Processing Coordinator:
- At least two years of experience in a customer service role or have worked within an office environment with a moderate to high level of direct contact with customers.
- The right candidate should have experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft.
- Good telephone manner with the ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely work.
Role Responsibilities for the Customer service and Processing Coordinator:
- Receive orders via CRM, telephone, and email.
- Work closely with the sales force to ensure seamless processing.
- Communicate with customers regarding back order statuses and liaise with suppliers to expedite the products.
- Process returned products and deal with customer complaintsappropriately.
- Assist the finance team by following up debt payments.
- General administration tasks.
