Salary: £18,000 - £23,000

Role:
· Provide full sales and administrative support to customers, suppliers & company Account Directors.
· Liaise with all parties involved in each transaction to ensure accurate invoicing is received and satisfactory customer identity validations are checked and completed accurately.
· Liaising with customers on the phone and via email where necessary and effectively deal with any potentially sensitive financial issues
· Ensuring all required AML, KYC, Fraud, and car checks are satisfied prior to pay out.
· Produce and process documentation for the execution of client contracts and ensure that all verification checks have been met.
Role:
o Provide full sales and administrative support to customers, suppliers & company Account Directors.
o Working within the new business team you will validate new funding requests and collate all relevant documentation to assist in funds being completed with our lending panel.
o Liaise with all parties involved in each transaction to ensure accurate invoicing is received and satisfactory customer identity validations are checked and completed accurately.
o Your day-to-day work will be a mix of verifying documentation and managing workflow
o Liaising with customers on the phone and via email where necessary and effectively deal with any potentially sensitive financial issues
o Ensuring all required AML, KYC, Fraud, and car checks are satisfied prior to pay out.
o Produce and process documentation for the execution of client contracts and ensure that all verification checks have been met.
o Ensure all actions, dialogue and paperwork are uploaded onto the company’s systems and to create live updates to all clients involved.
o Prioritising key supplier SLA’s and identifying unique operating terms. “Know Your Customer” policy applies throughout this role.
o Providing team assistance to other colleagues in the New Business department to ensure a seamless customer journey.
