We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Team Leader to work for an industry leading company in Caerphilly. It's a fantastic opportunity to join a well established team in a fun, lively working environment.

This is a varied role where you will be the link between the end customer and the manufacturing facility.

As Customer Services Team Leader you will:

• Use your leadership skills to full advantage when heading up a team that handles a variety of calls from customers on a daily basis
• Display attention to detail when leading a team to accurately input details, produce quotes, update customers on the status of their orders and organise delivery slots
• Showcase your organisational skills when responding to emails and queries from various stakeholders
• Be a strong leader and work well not only when leading the customer service team but also with planning, design, production and other areas in the supply chain.
• Have a professional approach when learning the details of a variety of different manufactured products and demonstrate a first class level of customer service when coaching a team to explain these different products to customers
