Your part in the performance
You will be passionate about providing our customers with a good experience when they buy from us. ideally you will have knowledge of musical instruments and/or products but this can be in anything from playing the bass in a rock band to being first violinist in an orchestra or being a part time DJ. You will be professional, friendly and reliable.
You will be set up to provide brilliant customer service. This will include answering inbound calls (and a few emails) from customers and providing them with friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments & equipment.
Your day to day will be
- Answering inbound calls (and a few emails) from customers
- Providing customers with friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments and related products
- Resolving challenging customer enquiries and escalating where appropriate
- Becoming a valued member of our specialist Customer Service team!
Your Skills and Experience: What We're Looking For

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence and an exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Some experience of working in a customer service environment
- Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills
- A good knowledge of musical instruments and equipment would be hugely beneficial
- Reliable and committed to providing first class advice and service
- Strong communication skills
- Ideally have an interest and appreciation of music
Things to Consider
The work hours will be 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working.
