Customer Service/Sales Representative | Cheadle | Full Time (40 Hours)| Overtime available upon request | £28,000-£32,000 (Reviewed Periodically)

An exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Customer Service/Sales professional to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding, family run establishment based in the northwest with over 10 years of relevant industry experience.

Absolute Plantation Shutters Limited specialise in providing modern and stylish window shutters. We supply and install a huge range of different handcrafted wooden shutters, ensuring that customers will find something to fit their unique and specific needs.

The whole team are proud of the high quality of the plantation shutters we can provide for our customers. Constructed from 100% real hardwood, each shutter is made to measure and constructed to perfectly fit your home, giving the ideal finishing touch to your interior.

Working as part of a close-knit team, this will be an exciting and varied role to supporting the team to manage their expanding customer base, as well as provide first-class customer service.

As a Customer Service/Sales assistant, your role would include:

• Handling warm leads via telephone and in the showroom.
• Diary management for in house consultants.
• End to end service including customer updates and account management.
• Contract negotiation and ability to generate quotes.
• CRM management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a real team player who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of accuracy & attention to detail coupled with:

• Customer focussed mindset from a Customer Service/Sales support/account management or other similar customer-centric role looking to develop your career.
• The passion to deliver exceptional service.

• The ability to be flexible and meet the needs of the business as a priority.
• A good level of all-round IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Presentable and well kept.
• Ability to perform under pressure.

Please note: the role would include 1 late night a week (08:30 – 19:00) as well as 1 day of the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday).
