SalaryJuice is delighted to be supporting a leading engineering/construction suppliers company based in Bath, in their search for a Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business who are part of a reputable group. The successful candidate will be hands-on, customer-focused, and excited to take on this varied role where no two days are the same.
This is a Monday to Friday role with the hours 8.00 am - 5.00 pm, including an hour for lunch.
DAY TO DAY:
- Delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor.
- Supporting customers with queries on a large range of products.
- Completing and dispatching customer orders within a timeframe.
- Promoting safe working practices ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
- Ordering Warehouse consumables.
- Fabricating and modifying materials when needed.
- Helping with the loading and unloading of company vehicles.
- Handling customer payments and transactions.
- Performing end-of-day procedures.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility, with an enthusiastic approach to work.
- Ideally some experience in customer care, retail sales, handling card and cash transactions.
- Previous experience within a warehouse environment would be advantageous.
