Workwell International is a renowned Employer of Record and a global contractor management organisation that offers tailored solutions to its clients. Presently, we're in search of an enthusiastic and outcome-driven Solutions Consultant to join our sales team in the City of London.
As a Solutions Consultant (Customer Solutions Specialist), your main responsibility is to provide excellent service that exceeds the expectations of our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for new contractor referrals from recruitment agencies, and you will be trained to understand and communicate our product and service as a solution.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding compliance while working closely with the sales division to ensure a smooth process for both agencies and contractors.
Skills, knowledge, and experience required
- Deliver service with a WOW!!
- Consultation with new contractor referrals
- Sending introduction packs and quotes
- Following-up with contractor queries
- Closing prospects and delivering high conversions.
- Using 'power hour’ as part of work process to deliver results Liaising with sales team
