My client are a leading light in the specialist Insurance industry all around the globe. With a fantastic office in Central London due to ambitious plans we are looking to bring on a Customer Success Analyst (Servicenow) to join the team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Due to exciting growth we are looking to bring on a Customer Success Analyst (Servicenow) initially on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
As a IT Customer Success Analyst (Servicenow) you will play a pivotal role in ensuring end users derive maximum value from our technology solutions. You will report to the Customer Success Lead and be a bridge between our end users and our technical teams.
As our Customer Success Analyst (Servicenow) you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the first point of contact for end user inquiries and escalations ensuring effective response
- Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate and resolve technical issues
- Identify opportunities for end users to expand their usage of our solutions and achieve our business goals
- Maintain and develop Customer Success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs
- Extensive use of Servicenow for Reporting and Cataloguing
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing top customer service and has experience working with Technology teams. You also need to have strong Servicenow experience.
