My client, an all-encompassing management software provider, based in Watford are looking for a new, Hybrid, Customer Success Consultant to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on customer and account management, with the ability to upsell and demonstrate their product passionately!
The Location: Watford/ Hybrid/ Field
The salary: Competitive
The hours: 40 hours per week (1 hour lunch)

The Role:
- You will be a single point of contact for a portfolio of customers for advice, product showcasing and selling additional product and services
- Understand the uses and requirements of the customer base
- Deliver workshops to gather requirements
- Deliver presentations of product features and functionality
- Conduct customer meetings
- Define and agree Success and Account Plans for customers.
- Deliver on commercial targets
- Identify opportunities to upsell
- Work with the support team
- Work with delivery and technology teams
- Ensure clients are aware of marketing content and initiatives
- Capture measures of success from clients
- Assist in building customer advocacy and work with marketing for campaigns and new business development
- Attend meetings
The person:
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Experience with writing and understanding HR / People system business cases
- 5 year+ as a Customer Success Professional
- A drive and enthusiasm for providing excellent levels of service
- A strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle across multiple industry verticals
- Functional Design documentation
- Project Planning
