Temporary Customer Success Specialist (Remote)
Reed Birmingham are currently recruiting for x3 Customer Success Specialists on behalf of an organisation who have been a leading source of cost and price information for the construction industry for the last 60 years. Our client prides themselves on their commitment to customer satisfaction and are seeking to appoint passionate and driven individuals to join their team as Customer Success Specialists.
As a Customer Success Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of their customers is always met through building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive support and guidance throughout their customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing enquiries and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Conducting regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback and identify any gaps for improvements.
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and address potential challenges that may impact customer satisfaction.
- Assist with onboarding new customers, provide training and guidance on product usage and best practices.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a customer centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
