My client, an all-encompassing management software provider, based in Watford are looking for a new, Hybrid, Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on customer and account management, with the ability to upsell and demonstrate their product passionately!
The Location: Watford/ Hybrid/ Field
The salary: £60,000
The hours: 40 hours per week (1 hour lunch)

The Role:
- Be the single point of contact for allocated client accounts including product demonstration, general advice and upselling across products and services.
- Knowing your product and your customer! to make the best recommendations.
- Be confident in product presentation.
- Field sales meetings (approx. once per week all expenses paid)
- Communicating effectively and efficiently with internal stakeholders
- Arrange and conduct service reviews with existing client base.
- Liaise with the marketing department to increase sales.
The person:
- Will have ideally worked within a Saas organisation previously Preferably HR related.
- 5 years+ as a Customer Success Professional or similar
- Experience with writing and understanding business cases.
