Customer Success Renewal SpecialistSupport SAS's customer retention and renewal strategyDevelop programs to increase loyalty and retention efforts

Responsibilities
• Serve as primary contact for contract renewals• Develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies• Manage renewals process in collaboration with the account team• Ensure successful and on-time renewals• Present renewal proposals to customers• Partner with internal stakeholders for renewal strategy• Provide rapid, focused response to customer requests• Secure and validate renewal orders• Engage with functional teams to resolve customer issues• Maintain/update a rolling 120 day forecast of renewals• Adhere to best practices for internal processes• Engage in strategic account planning• Act as a Renewals brand ambassador
Requirements
• Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Commercial within tech company• Good understanding of SaaS/subscription-based renewals models• Strong negotiation and objection handling skills• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills• Good organizational and time management skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment• Knowledge of SAS products, solutions, and services• Strong process management, financial acumen, and adherence to policy
