My client is looking for a Customer Support and online retail representative to join their growing team!

Location: Malmesbury

Salary: £26,000-£33,000 per annum

You will:

• Maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders and high priority active vendors
• Vendor reporting: stock and financial reports provided to vendors on behalf of the sales team
• Gathering account details for new vendors and maintaining all CRM records of all contacts
• Managing incoming customer enquiries including technical information on specific equipment 
• Triage leads from "contact us" vendor enquiries, dealing with simple leads and passing higher value opportunities to sales team to follow up
