Your new role Are you passionate about providing a first-class service and want to work as part of a supportive and engaging team? Then look not further. You will be working as part of the Customer Support team, being the first point of contact for customers via inbound calls and emails. By following the guided procedures, you will be expected to explain technical information, build rapport with customers and resolve queries. This is a Monday to Friday, full-time position. What you\'ll need to succeed We are looking for experienced customer service individuals who have previously worked in an office environment. Most importantly, someone who has strong verbal and written communication skills in order to extract information from customers to manage expectations and escalate appropriately. This role is 3 month temproary contract with the opportunity for extension. This role is paying £13.50 premium per hour, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
