Customer Support Agent - Westland House, Belfast - NI Water

- £18,573 - £25,210 per annum (Applicants typically start on the first point of the scale)
- Westland House, Belfast
- Monday – Friday, start 8-10am – finish 4 - 6pm (flexi-time)
- 25 Days Holidays Plus all Bank Holidays
- Fixed Term 12 Months Contract

Duties will include:
- As Customer Support Agent you will responsible for the scanning, logging and indexing of all correspondence to ensure accurate regulatory reporting and contacts are responded to in accordance with NI Water policies and procedures.
- You will also respond to written contacts of a transactional nature such as Septic Tank desludge requests.
- Additionally you will be required to collate and circulate the details of NIE planned interruption notices.
What experience do you need?
- A minimum of five GCSE’s Grade C or above, to include English and Maths, or equivalent.
- A minimum of one years’ experience in a Customer Service/Contact Centre role, including data entry.
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to work under pressure to meet challenging qualitative and quantitative performance targets.
- Competent in MS Office applications including MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Standard AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
