SalaryMCS Group is proud to be working alongside an innovitive, local company with a unique concept in the online booking space. Our client is seeking to add a Technical Support Agent to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Satisfy customers with prompt and efficient support via email and phone, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to facilitate seamless setup of cutting-edge booking systems for our clients.
- Conduct engaging tutorials for customers, showcasing the functionalities of our booking system and addressing their inquiries.
- Assist our technical department by testing website updates and providing valuable feedback for system enhancement.
- Support the Sales Manager and Account Manager in various tasks as needed.
- Handle occasional administrative duties with diligence and precision.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of office-based customer service experience or relevant qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively and independently.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address customer queries within system capabilities.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm and inviting phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster and maintain client relationships.
- Organized and accustomed to working under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and positive approach to work.
- Keen attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.
- Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- Flexibility and willingness to support team members in a collaborative environment.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- No weekend shifts
