This is an apprenticeship vacancy in Customer Service: You will enjoy a unique on the job training programme that will help you to achieve your full potential.

Your role as a customer service practitioner will be as the first point of contact to your customers where you will need to deliver high quality product knowledge and service such as handling customer calls and emails, escalating and directing calls to the appropriate departments, and supporting your colleagues with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host courtesy calls, welcoming customers to the Muick Sandy Family.
  • Work closely with other colleagues to ensure smooth transitions for customers throughout the customer journey.
  • Own and distribute all emails sent to the Customer Service inbox.
  • Distribute all out of office calls to the relevant department.
  • Support with admin tasks.
  • Ensure all customer profiles are kept up to date.
  • Answer all inbound calls.
  • Appropriately escalate complaints if/when received.

Requirements:

  • Call Centre experience preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check and random drug screening
  • Enjoy working as a team
  • Able to take direction from colleagues
  • Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.

Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship. We can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course.

These workshops occur once every 2 weeks both online and in our academy in Bristol City Centre.

You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between your tutor, manager and yourself to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work.

If required, we can also provide Functional Skills in maths and English throughout your apprenticeship.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Salary: £7.00-£9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
