Welsh speaking Customer Support Advisor
An exciting permanent opportunity to join a Customer Support team of a well established organisation in the Bangor, North Wales. This is a permanent position offering hybrid working after 6 months.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Main Responsibilities:
Providing advice, guidance, and support to current and future customers through a range of communication channels - from telephone, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
Need to be on the ball with incoming requests, swiftly addressing them
Work closely with colleagues to ensure customer queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Take command of administrative duties, ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
Job-Specific Expertise:
Bilingual communication in both English and Welsh.
Possess good IT skills with the ability to learn new packages
Able to plan and organise own workload
