Our client is looking for an experienced and conscientious Customer Support Executive to join their friendly team.
The successful Customer Support Executivewill be commercially minded, self-motivated and have a customer first mentality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advising customers on product ranges
- Offering superior customer service and advice through telephone / email / live chat / website enquiries etc
- Placing orders on behalf of customers based on their individual requirements
- Develop customer relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities to pass to the Business Development Team
- Follow the entire customer journey, from enquiry - through to order and delivery of the goods
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and best uses of our products within our market sector
- Respond to enquiries relating to deliveries and invoicing, including speaking with our couriers, warehouse teams and sending proof of deliveries/copy invoices where applicable
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Customer first mentality with a great telephone manner
- Strong IT literacy
- Demonstrable track record of hitting sales targets
- Minimum 2 years customer services experience
- Good understanding of admin and invoice query functions
- Willingness to learn and self-motivated
