Overview:
An exciting opportunity to join a global and growing business in Dorking!
As a Sales Support Executive, you'll be at the forefront of promoting our products and services while delivering exceptional support to our valued brokers and business consultants!
Sounds interesting.. what will by duties be??
- Collaborating with Business Consultants to showcase our offerings.
- Cultivating strong relationships with brokers, ensuring stellar customer service.
- Providing comprehensive training on product propositions and offerings.
- Identifying sales opportunities and maximising profitability through up selling.
- Assisting with system registrations and supporting events.
- Handling incoming calls related to insurance queries.
- Liaising with claims teams and keeping advisers updated.
- Sending out communications and enhancing business quality.
- Producing reports to drive improvement and target firms effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and flexible work ethic.
- Previous experience in Sales Support or a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
