37.5 hours - Monday to Sunday, office hours 8 am - 10 pm (you will work on a rota basis) - Part-time applications also considered

Outsource UK is seeking a Customer Support Officer to work for a leading UK Specialist bank within their savings team. If you have excellent customer service skills and worked within savings then this role is for you!

Duties of the Customer Support Officer:
- Providing excellent customer service to customers of the client assisting them with any queries or problems they have with their savings accounts
- Proving accurate information to customers when discussing products/services
- Escalating complaints in a timely manner
- Adhering to company policies and legislation
