Customer Support Specialist

Leading manufacturer and distributor based on the outskirts of Luton looking for a Customer Support specialist to join their team. This role will play a key part in providing technical assistance to customers.
Role
- Respond to customer enquiries with regards to technical issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to identify and resolve product defects.
- Update technical documentation.
- Help with training for internal teams.
- General admin
Ideal candidate
- Must have NVQ Level 3 Electrical installation or equivalent.
- Initial Periodic Electrical Inspection & Testing or equivalent
- Proven experience in technical support or face to face
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
