We have an exciting new opportunity to join our busy Customs Team as a Customs Administrator. Based full time at our Support Centre offices in Speke, Liverpool (L24), this is a permanent role.
As a Customs Administrator, you'll provide support to the Customs Department, arranging customs clearance of all consignments to meet business requirements.
In this role you will be;
- Supporting the team to ensure full accuracy of all declarations completed
- Managing data and producing reports using Microsoft Excel
- Following up declarations until customs clearance is obtained
- Maintaining customs records
- Any other administrative tasks required to support the team
The ideal experience & skills required are;
- Strong administration experience & excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to retain accuracy levels under pressure
- Computer literate, confident in using Microsoft packages
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
