I am recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to complete a 4-month contract with a successful, industry leading business based in Birkenhead. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be joining a friendly team based in open plan modern offices and will be supported by a structured and thorough Customer Service training program. This is a temporary contract to support the business through their peak order period, however this may lead to a more permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing excellent Customer Service levels via telephone and email.
- Responding to a high volume of emails and calls.
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email.
- Inputting and processing new customer warranty claims.
- Arranging customer collections and returns.
- Ordering spare parts for products under warranty.
Skills Required:
- Experience working within Customer Service/retail (call centre experience would be desirable).
- Ability to working within a fast-paced Customer Service environment.
- Strong organisational skills with high standards of accuracy.
- Proficient in email, telephone, and face-to-face communications.
- A people's person who thrives within a team.
- Be able to work on their own initiative and able to solve problems independently.
