Responsibilities
• Process customs entries and ensure compliance with regulations• Manage Customs Clearance for imports, exports, T1s, SERS, bonds, etc.• Receive and process documentation, update systems, notify clients• Arrange deliveries and handle invoices• Perform routine clerical tasks• Maintain accurate records and files
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Customs Clearance Clerk preferred• Effective communication skills• Deliver excellent client-focused service• Strong administrative and organizational skills• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail• IT literacy, proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
