Are you an experienced Customer Success Manager seeking a challenging role in a thriving financial technology company?

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with Wellington IT as they look for a talented individual to join their team as their customer Success Manager. This is a brand-new role and a rare opportunity to join a homegrown company backed by a billion-pound global empire as they experience a hugely exciting period of growth.

You will take ownership of their entire Professional Services (PS) function, leading their Product implementation engineers, customer training, consultancy, and data services on the delivery of bespoke software solutions for credit unions in the UK and Ireland.

About the Role: As the PS manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a the dedicated professional services team. You will drive the delivery of their bespoke product from implementation and roll-out to training. You will collaborate closely with the development and support teams to offer a smooth and tailored service to existing and new clientele within the business. This is a role where you will have full autonomy to make your own and drive the company values using your own innovative ideas and strategy.
