In this role, you play a huge part in driving Cyber Services forward.
As Cyber Services Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Onboarding customers and collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful service delivery
- Circulating and managing marketing materials to ensure our clients and prospects are well-informed about our offerings
- Reviewing tenders and preparing quotes, ensuring that our proposals are competitive and meet client requirements
- Providing administrative support across various functions will be essential to keep our operations running smoothly

- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to customers and team members
- Customer Service Orientation: Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive customer experience
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data reviews, documentation, and tender preparation
