Cyber Security Engineer - London - c£60k (12 month FTC)
I am currently working with a prestigious membership organisation embarking on a large-scale digital transformation, migrating the whole business to the cloud and actively seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to be at the forefront of protecting all systems and data.
This is a fantastic, brand new position within the position where you will be able to take full ownership of driving and implementing all security solutions across their network and identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
The successful candidate with have demonstrable experience in Cyber Security principles, methods and technologies looking for a fresh opportunity to grow your confidence in Cyber Security.
This role is hybrid requiring 1 day a week in London offering a salary of c£60k.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor networks, systems and platforms for security threats, attacks and anomalous activity
* Develop and implement cybersecurity systems and processes
* Keep stakeholders informed on cybersecurity issues and guidance
Desired Skillset
* Proven track record as a Cyber Security Engineer with strong comprehension of principles and methodologies
* Experience with identify and access management, anti-virus, mobile management, cloud security and email security
* Knowledge of networking, network security and firewalls
* Strong communication and ability to work closely with stakeholders
