Are you an organised person who loves presenting the home to high standards? My client wants to meet you! ,This wonderful family who recently moved to the UK are on the search for a dynamic Housekeeper / Cook to support their busy family, someone top notch with an eye for detail who is able to work to a high standard.
The role is a blend of housekeeping to a high standard 2 days per week, then 3 days of the week it switches to concentrating on cooking and food shopping / menu planning. The family would love to find someone with good knowledge of Ukrainian and European recipes, but this is not essential.
A bright, proactive and positive personality , someone who is totally reliable and looking for a long term role.
General duties:
- General hands on housekeeping
- Cooking for the family
- Laundry and ironing
- Keeping house tidy and organised
- Cleaning, Hoovering and dusting
- Receiving deliveries
- Wardrobe management
- Dealing with contractors and tradespeople.
- Food Shopping and local errands, dry cleaners /post office
- Helping collect the children from local bus stop
Candidate requirements:
- Child and Pet friendly
- Confident Driver – can use family car or own vehicle if you prefer ( Mileage allowance will be paid if using own)
- Experience working in HNW home
- Must be a confident cook who loves cooking tasty healthy meals
- Ability to sew and able to make minor repairs would also be a bonus
- Good communication skills and a good level of English
- Good eye for detail
- A calm, discreet personality who can work in a home with parents working from home
Expenses (if applicable): Mileage allowance paid if using own car
DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
