Job Title:Damp and Mould Scheduler
Contract Type: Permanent 
Salary: £28,000 per annum (£31,000 per annum is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 35 per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Location: Arlington, London - Hybrid

The difference you will make as a Damp and Mould Scheduler, the role plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing the scheduling of repairs, processing variations, communicating with customers and ensuring timely completion of tasks related to Damp and Mould remediation. The role involves liaising with various stakeholders, including customers, operational teams, surveyors and contractors, to facilitate efficient service delivery and maintain accurate documentation of all activities.
About you
We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is positive and friendly. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably in a construction, maintenance or property management environment.  Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
