The company and role:
You will be joining a UK leader manufacturer of clean fuel solutions working in their store's facility.
The task within this role will be varied, day to day, centred around overseeing the quality components for all stock and equipment coming in and out of the store's facility in a quick-paced manufacturing company.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Carrying out quality checks for stock equipment and similar
- Use a computer system to check components against customer order and allocate parts to orders.
- Determine shipment and packaging requirements for spare parts and units.
- Report to supervision the need for attention to customer orders and any concerns related to finished items received.
- Ensure required standards of safety are adhered to and good housekeeping is maintained in the work areas. Use the PPE always provided. Report any health and safety concerns to the supervision of the health and safety representative.
This is just a summed-up list of responsibility and other duties will be required.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience using a forklift or reach truck.
- Ability to use in-house administration software.
- Able to work to health and safety standards.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
