About the Client:
Our client is one of the UK's largest Industrial and Commerce companies, operating with a network of over 75 distributors and sourcing products from over 120 suppliers worldwide.
Job Role:
As a Data Administrator you will supervise our administration and customer service team to ensure the provision of effective and efficient administrative support.
Pay and Benefits:
• Starting salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum.
• 8:00am – 16:00pm Monday - Thursday. Friday 8:00 - 12:00pm. Sunday 10:00am - 2:00pm.
• 33 Days Annual Leave (including Bank Holiday) Pro Rata

Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Data inputting, updating databases, maintaining accurate records.
• Printing Labels
• Inputting excel spreadsheets.
• Sort incoming post, frank outgoing mail.
• Be proactive and assist colleagues when necessary.
Qualifications / Experience
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Proficient in using Microsoft applications.
• Computer literate
• Minimum 3 years administrative experience is desired, not essential.
The successful applicant must have at least 2 years administrative experience, preferably within an academic office, and must have excellent organisational, administration and IT skills.
