Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for an exciting opportunity as a Data Administrator. This role is integral to maintaining high-quality data within our customer relationship management systems, contributing to the delivery of top-notch customer experience services. The position is based in Burgess Hill, UK, and is part of a progressive, world-leading company in the biotech and medical diagnostics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the direct link between our customers, third-party instruments, and suppliers.
- Perform back-office tasks of low to medium complexity to ensure and maintain data quality and integrity.
- Direct third-party inquiries to our suppliers promptly and record all interactions within our customer relations management system.
- Escalate any complex issues to more senior team members and appropriate committees.
- Correct system issues and discrepancies to maintain data quality.
- Provide valuable feedback on administrative procedures and processes to support continuous improvements.
- Perform your role and associated service activities professionally, aligning outcomes with appropriate and relevant customer measures.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience with Customer/Supplier communications, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a data administration position.
- A process-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, innovative, autonomous, and self-driven.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP is desirable but not essential.
