To Provide Data Administration and reporting for our fast paced, busy After Sales function, as well as cover of engineer timesheet database.
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
· Daily, Weekly & Monthly After Sales reports, to cover but not limited to;
- Customer open & outstanding job reports
- Customer received calls reports & categorisations.
- Engineer Performance reports
- Customer Performance reports
- Purchasing & Supplier reports
- Spare Parts & Sales Order reports
- Materials ordered & consumed reporting for service calls and engineer van stock.
· Weekly & Monthly customer margin reports prior to invoicing for completed jobs.
· Engineer van stock cycle counting and stock value checks.
· Help with historical data for resource i.e., daily temperature vs. call volume history.
· Telephone call analysis for internal service desk.
· Cover of engineer payroll database.
· Ensure Data is cleansed and validated prior to issuing of reports
· Other Ad Hoc Duties as requested.
Experience and Key Skills:
· SAP Experience Preferable but not essential.
· High level IT skills (Excel, Outlook etc.).
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Good working under pressure and to tight deadlines and be able to switch tasks and priorities at short notice.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
