The Role:
Our client is currently seeking a Data Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. The Data Administrator will serve as the B2B database and business support expert, utilising initiative and innovation to manage client data from the beginning of the process until the campaign is live.
Responsibilities:
Manage client data needs for over 30 clients.
Act as a single point of contact for the team regarding the B2B database, internal systems data, and data-related support
Serve as a subject matter expert for data-related requests within the team.
Oversee the entire client data process from initiation to launching campaigns.
Work closely with the team to stay updated on planning, new data requests, and any alterations to campaign builds.
Data Entry into Excel and internal database.
About You:
Previous experience in Data Administration or Data Entry is essential
Experience with HubSpot CRM (desired)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in all Microsoft packages, especially Excel
