A client of ours in Witham requires a Data Administrator to join their team for a temporary assignment starting starting Tuesday 30th January 2024. This temporary position is full-time working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (30-minute lunch) and paying 11.50 per hour.
Working within the company's purchasing team, your key duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Make sure all data on the company's products are correct
- Reaching out to 350 suppliers to confirm that all information on the internal system is accurate
- Update CRM system.
- Spot discrepancies in data and amend accordingly.
- Carry out regulatory checks against customers.
- Support with other admin tasks within the team where required.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Data Administrator position:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Administration role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident Excel user (VLookups advantageous but not essential)
- Good knowledge of other Microsoft computer packages including word, teams and Outlook.
- Experience of working with a CRM system.
