Data Administrator

Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a proactive Data Administrator to a dynamic growing business that is leading the way in its sector.

This is a new post due to continued growth and an opportunity for a proactive individual to support the smooth operations of the business. The Data Administrator will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including:

• Responsible for data entry, maintaining information and accuracy of databases.
• Ensuring all relevant data is accessible across departments.
• Updating data and content on digital platforms in a timely manner.
• Supporting the team on wider data management.
• Updating user guides and documentation as needed.
• Identifying and correcting data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Salary: £24,000 depending on experience + benefits.
Hours: Mon – Fri, full time hours.
Location: Office based, Woodbury.
Start Date: Immediate start available although not essential.

Data Administrator - The Person:

This role will suit a proactive administrator with excellent IT skills, seeking a varied role within a growing business with an entrepreneurial ethos, where you will be a key position.

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Recent experience in data entry and administration.
• Superb attention to detail and accuracy.
• IT literate with good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• You will be a self-starter and thrive in a fast paced, busy environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player able to work using own initiative and effectively manage own time.

Due to the office location, candidates will need their own transport.
