SalaryOffice Angels are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator in Bracknell.
Working days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 9-5
Pay rate: £13.50ph
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Recovery and filing of all documentation associated with import and export shipments relating to UK and international
· Recording of key customs, duty and tax information on internal (access) database for all UK import shipments where correct information is available on documentation
· Checking and reporting of duty and tax payments for all UK import shipments where information is incomplete on documentation, onto separate (access) database.
· Expedite missing documentation from Parcel carriers and Freight Forwarders for import and export shipments relating to UK and non- Operational legal entities
· Liaise with the EMEA Transportation team, where contractual support required with respect to missing documentation
· Accurate review, recording and filing of customs related import and export documentation for legal entities
· Auditing and ensuring compliance for documentation as above, in support of the EMEA Tax compliance
The ideal candidate will have/be:
· Be disciplined and have a professional approach to work
· Comfortable in dealing with internal colleagues as required
· Must be competent and comfortable in the use of MS Office
· Self-starter, and able to manage own schedule and workload
· Punctual and maintains good time keeping
· Good communication skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy is expected
