We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk in Hungerford. This temporary position is for an initial period of 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The role involves updating and reorganising documents due to a system change. While previous Data Entry experience is beneficial, it is not essential. We need someone who can start immediately and is ready to hit the ground running.
Day-to-day of the role:- Renaming and refiling documents as part of a system changeover.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient Data Entry.
- Maintaining excellent administrative practices.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with an early finish at 4 pm on Fridays.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and Data Entry systems.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to the duration of the temporary assignment.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.82.
