We’re looking to hire several Data Administrators to process data management requests ensuring information is accurately recorded in target systems.
Key responsibilities:
- To pick up and action data management requests ensuring they are actioned within agreed timelines
- To enter information into master systems and ensure it is recorded accurately
- To review and validate data requests received for completeness and adherence to data standards and push back to stakeholders if these are not met
- To pick up data related issues and resolve efficiently
- To attend team meetings and provide input to ensure team is functioning effectively
- Be a Data Management subject matter expert and provide advice and support to stakeholders
- Produce master data reports on either a scheduled or ad hoc basis
- Administer messages in shared mailbox ensuring processes are followed
Skills
- Strong ability to work quickly and accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Takes ownership of tasks
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Previous experience managing master data
- Excellent team player
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Experience in SAP preferred
