Data Administrator
Start: Asap.
Pay: £12.00-£13.50 p/h dependent on experience.
This role is fully office based.
Our client based in Camberley need a Data Administrator to join their team for the next 3 months!
The Data Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department in maintaining, organising, and entering client invoices on to account specific portals.
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, data entry accuracy and the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to manage your own workload.
Main Responsibilities:
- Consolidate high volume of invoices into client specific invoices.
- Proofread & validate client invoices to ensure all the data is correct and accurate.
- Upload the client invoice onto their specific online portal, matching the invoice to the correct job.
- Confirm once the invoice has been processed.
- Account management.
Candidate Attributes:
- IT competent.
- The ability to manage your own workload.
- The ability to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to demonstrate excellent data entry accuracy.
- The ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable not essential.
