Data Administrator Apprenticeship

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for Data Administration? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Baltic Apprenticeships are delighted to be working with an expert in the electrical engineering field! They are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Data Administration Apprentice to join their growing team.

Working across Domestic, Commercial & Industrial projects, they are expert engineers in all electrical work, fire safety, and security systems. They work across the UK, designing, installing, and providing maintenance. From large-scale commercial and industrial projects to creating the perfect lighting for your home, they keep your property safe and secure.

As a Data Administration Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for data entry, creating reports to present to management, using Google Analytics to track engagement for marketing and so much more to enhance your skills to reach your true potential! 

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Data Essentials qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Data entry onto the internal systems
• UsingExcel to maintain and manage contacts for subcontracts & electricians
• Provide reports for management, external suppliers and agencies
• Manage electricians job routes and opportunities each day, communicate with internal and external team and stakeholders through calls, email, WhatsApp & Teams
• Run reports on mailchimp and google analytics for management team to conduct meetings with electricians

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• Salary – £13,000 – £15,000
• Monday – Friday 9 AM – 4:30 PM
• 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
• Staff events
• Christmas Party

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Admin experience beneficial but not necessary
• Understanding of social media to help around marketing
• Analytical mindset to help with reporting
• Attention to details
• Grade 4/C in Math's and English GCSE

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Data Administrator Apprentice.
