Data Administrator

Data Administrator - West Malling - £22,000

Our client based in West Malling is currently recruiting for a Marketing Data Administrator.

Main responsibilities:

• Liaising with marketing teams to ensure the sales systems are up to date with current promotions
• Analysing sales data and marketing activity and creating reports as necessary
• Manipulating data in excel to show specific findings
• Reporting on advertising programmes providing insight on return of investment
• Raising purchase orders, preparing invoicing
• Liaising with and assisting other internal departments

Requirements:

• Previous experience of data interpretation
• Intermediate/Advanced level of Excel including knowledge of V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
• Good analytical and commercial skills
• Educated to degree level or Marketing/Business qualifications or relevant experience
• Interest in Marketing would be desirable
