Performance & Insights - Collaborating for Stronger Outcomes
Are you a data enthusiast ready to make an impact in Children's Services? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Performance and Information team as a Data Analyst responsible for collating, reporting, and analysing management information within Children's Services.
The role will lead on the new innovating project for the Southwest Fostering Hub, collating and reporting data for the South West region. Prior knowledge or experience of fostering data would be beneficial. You will need to be able to provide analytics around marketing and communications, alongside the fostering data.
Your key tasks include capturing and retrieving essential data for local and statutory requirements, ensuring accuracy and clarity. You'll also scope, design, and create reports using software like Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, enabling us to meet statutory obligations and local management needs. Your role will involve analysing and interpreting data to support strategic decision making and performance management.
To excel in this role, you should possess an HNC or NVQ Level 4 qualifications in statistical analysis or information management, or relevant experience, along with expertise in Children's Services, data integrity, data matching, reporting tools, and Advanced Excel skills.
