Meet the Team
The People Analytics Team is a new and dynamic group of data enthusiasts who are passionate about helping Admiral make the best decisions for our people. We use data to provide insights, analysis and reporting on various aspects of our employee data, such as happiness, engagement, welfare, pay, recruitment, learning, absence, and retention. We work with different data sources and tools to create a single view of our employees and their journey within Admiral. We are always looking for new ways to explore and understand our data and share our findings with the business.
There are various roles available that will be subject to your skills and experience if successful. These range from Junior Data Analyst to Senior Data Analyst.
What you will bring
- A keen interest in data and analytics and how they can improve people's lives and experiences at work.
- Experience in data analysis skills using tools such as SQL, Power BI, R or Python, though not essential
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different audiences and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Keen eye for data visualisation techniques and storytelling with data practices.
- A curious, creative and collaborative mindset that seeks to learn from feedback and improve continuously.
What you will do
- You will support the People Analytics Team in delivering high-quality data products and services to the business, such as dashboards, reports, insights and recommendations.
- You will collaborate with other data teams and business areas to understand their needs and requirements and provide them with relevant and timely data solutions.
- You will help to maintain and improve the data quality and integrity of our employee data and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- You will contribute to the development and innovation of the People Analytics Team and the wider data community by sharing your ideas, knowledge and best practices.

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
