Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a growing business based in Leicester as they look to appoint an ambitious Data Analyst to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset, the ability to manipulate data and a genuine interest in finance who can join a busy finance function to take on the responsibility of creating an organisational hierarchy using Oracle to ensure access management takes place in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
The role provides maintenance and compliance across the business and our client is therefore looking for someone with a strong attention to detail as well as a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Provide continued support and administration of Oracle workflows, mapping and approval hierarchy management
- Provide user access management governance and user administration activities of roles and responsibilities within Oracle
- Complete bi annual audit compliance reviews including the provision of non-conformance reports for senior management
- Collaborate with Finance teams and key users in the business for requirements and contribute to continuous improvement and development of Oracle
- Day to day collaboration with the Management team to ensure smooth application of user data maintenance and access governance
- Responsible for managing day to day service requests from the business for all Oracle access and workflow approval management-related activities
- Responsible for maintaining a dynamic dataset of all users and responsibilities in line with business requirements
- Proactively deal with and ensure management is aware of any emerging issues at the earliest opportunity
- Work with other members of the team to provide cover and to share knowledge and best practice
