We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Apprentice Data Analyst/Administrative Assistant to join our team. What will the apprentice be doing?
Data Analysis
- Collect, analyse, and interpret various types of data including prospect data, marketing performance data, sales data, and Return on Investment (ROI) data.
- Utilise statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on data analysis findings.
- Assist in developing data-driven strategies to improve employee engagement for our clients.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to consultants and senior staff members.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews as required.
- Maintain and organise electronic and physical files and documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with general office tasks and other duties as assigned.
Through this apprenticeship programme you will gain:
- Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Advanced IT skills and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Knowledge of Data Visualisation Tools: Experience with tools like Power BI, or similar to create compelling and informative visual representations of data.
- Understanding of Statistical Analysis: A solid grasp of basic statistical methods and the ability to apply them to analyse data sets and derive insights.
Apprenticeship Details:
Expected Apprenticeship Duration: 14 months + 3 months EPA.
Blend of eLearning and classroom training based on:
- CompTIA Data+
- CompTIA/TestOut Pro Certified Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Power BI
- Training Biweekly classes (length 3 hours) alternating between Data+ and Excel/Power BI (NB: Exams optional)

· GCSE or equivalent English (Grade Grade C/4 or above) essential

· Excellent mathematical and numerical skills
